Best Buy Homes is Western Canada’s largest supplier of in stock, factory-built housing, offering value, quality and quick housing for individuals and communities across Canada. We have been in business for more than 50 years and are looking to expand our Winnipeg team based at our head office in Headingley. Our marketing team is looking to expand to help manage both strong retail sales and growing B2B business opportunities.

Marketing to both individuals and business/communities is a constantly shifting field

  • We're looking for someone to effectively manage customers requests and build new relationships. We are eager to bring on an experienced Marketer who can use their creativity to develop campaigns that will drive new business, improve customer loyalty and strengthen our existing customer relationships, in partnership with our existing marketing team.
  • *Role**:
  • Assist B2B team with planning, building marketing plans, strategies and systems, helping complete projects (projects in Indigenous Communities, mining camps, developments, etc)
  • Ordering items online for office and deals (ie. office supplies, simple items for home sale)
  • Build a follow-up/customer retention plan for existing B2B clients
  • Building B2B customer profiles in CRM
  • Planning yearly marketing calendar with Marketing Team
  • Coordination of projects with Marketing Team
  • Overseeing day to day of retail marketing and coordinating with vendors such as digital marketing company, web developer, IT team, graphic deisgner
  • Planning and executing sales, promos, special events
  • *Experience or Skills Required**:
  • Sales experience with high value goods
  • B2B Marketing Experience and Retail Marketing Experience (3+ years in a high value good, retail purchase marketing role)
  • Highly organized, professional and adaptable, with high attention to detail
  • Exceptional written communication (English)
  • Comfortable with using Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Adobe Suite experience is a plus, but not required
  • Previous experience in sales, car industry, sales office environment or real estate fields, or similar are preferred
  • Experience dealing with and converting leads and CRM software is a major asset
  • *Job Details**:

Monday to Friday 9-5 at 4250 Portage Ave. (_**note**_: Unfortunately, there is no bus service to our office from Winnipeg, you will need your own vehicle or reliable transportation, we're about three minutes west of the city_)

Paid training
