  • *Responsibilities**:
  • Liaise with technical teams on integration and migration projects and ongoing digitalization initiatives.
  • In partnership with our legal team and corporate marketing teams, stay up to date on commercial data protection laws globally to ensure compliance for Air Canada Cargo; Manage Canada's anti-spam legislation (CASL) and US CAN-SPAM regulations and compliance.

  • Assist the Lead Digital Marketing Manager - Cargo, with developing, updating and managing the content and structure of the Air Canada Cargo website.
  • Monitor website content to keep the site current and improve the navigation and the discovery of important content.
  • Gather web metrics to assist with understanding who and how the content is being consumed and ensure that information is shared with relevant parties.
  • Support the improvement of discoverability of the Air Canada Cargo website and content through the use of search engine optimization (SEO) techniques and best practices.
  • Partner with internal departments for cross-functional development and collaboration between the platforms.

  • Maintaining project status updates and timelines
  • Assist with briefing in digital projects and execution
  • Ensure brand identity and requirements are followed in all marketing communication channels
  • Participate in additional projects within the Marketing/Communications department
  • *Qualifications**
  • University degree in Communications, Marketing or equivalent
  • 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple, simultaneous priorities
  • Working understanding of analytics and data manipulation
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Jira is an asset
  • Familiarity of HTML, and related languages is an asset
