Marketing & Operations Coordinator Job Purpose

As our **Marketing & Operations Coordinator**, you will report to the Director of Marketing and play a pivotal role in developing and managing digital marketing campaigns. At Ai Insurance Organization, our primary goal is to empower you with the tools and resources necessary to propel your marketing and communications career to new heights.

This role is your canvas for professional growth and creativity. As a Marketing & Operations Coordinator, you'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that align with your passions.

  • You'll own our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn) **crafting captivating reels** and **dynamic social media content.**
  • You'll collaborate with insurance professionals and elevate their expertise in their fields, and even **produce comprehensive financial reports**.
  • You'll design engaging **landing pages on WordPress**, owning our **social media channels**, and contributing to improved user experiences.
  • You'll be instrumental in **conceptualizing innovative marketing strategies,** boosting conversions, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • You'll utilize your expertise in Google Analytics to collaborate with external partners in enhancing our **SEM advertising programs**. Your analytic nature will shine as you take ownership of our marketing department's reporting, using our award-winning CRM to showcase ROI in our KPI reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • * Content Development**:

Conduct keyword research for content development. Manage, maintain, and schedule company social media accounts. Design landing pages within brand.

  • *Social Media Management**:

Maintain social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. Use native platform scheduling tools to create and post content across channels. Design posts (static, video reels) within established brand guidelines.

  • *Graphic Design**:

Create engaging and professional social media graphics using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop and Indesign for various digital marketing campaigns.

  • *ROI Tracking**:

Track marketing data and analytics to produce monthly ROI reports, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

  • *Visual Data Analysis**:

Build and design visual dashboards in Power BI to represent and analyze data effectively, providing actionable insights. Build monthly reports for the management team. Monitor and report on digital campaigns. Assist with PowerPoint presentations

  • *Data Management**:

Demonstrate a high level of efficiency and understanding of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets to organize and distribute data throughout the organization, supporting data-driven decision-making.

  • *Data Insights**:

Collect, organize, and manipulate data from various sources to extract valuable insights and support decision-making processes.

  • Honours degree in digital marketing, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Google Analytics Certification.
