**Job Summary**

We are seeking a motivated and creative Local Store Marketing Coordinator to enhance our brand's presence in the community and drive customer engagement. This role will involve developing and executing marketing strategies that resonate with local audiences, collaborating with store management, and supporting promotional activities that align with our corporate goals. This position requires travelling.

*Responsibilities**
Develop and implement localized marketing campaigns to increase store traffic and sales.
Coordinate community outreach programs and events to enhance brand visibility.
Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to foster community connections.
Collaborate with the store management team to identify marketing opportunities and gather customer insights.
Analyze local market trends and competitors to inform marketing strategies.
Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and promotions, ensuring brand consistency.
Manage all aspects of new store openings, including online platform setup, planning and execution of promotional materials and events.
Track and report on the performance of local marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
Regular monthly store visits supporting and building operations intelligence
Other projects/support as requested by Manager / Owners
*Skills**
Proficiency in Google Ads management and optimization.
Experience with WordPress for website management.
Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
experience in marketing, preferably in a retail or community-focused environment.
Strong understanding of local market trends and community engagement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing software.
Creative mindset with strong organizational and project management skills.
Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and projects, with excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
