*The Role**

We’re looking for a talented and ambitious **Social Media & Video Intern** to help build our digital presence. Every two weeks, you’ll attend a **1-2 hour recorded video interview** with Paul in Windsor. You’ll then turn those sessions into a batch of **high-quality short-form video content** for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.

This is a **remote-first, self-paced opportunity** where you can **produce as many videos as you’d like**, provided each one is approved and meets our standards.

*Your Responsibilities**
Attend a **biweekly 1-2 hour filming session** (paid at $20/hour)
Cut and edit short-form videos (under 3 minutes each) from the footage
Add subtitles, music, branding, and optimize for each platform
Write engaging captions and hashtags
Publish to TikTok, Reels, Shorts, Facebook, etc.
Monitor view counts to claim bonuses
**Produce unlimited videos** (as long as each is approved for posting)
*Compensation**
**$15 per published & approved short-form video**:
**+$5 bonus** for any video that earns **1,000+ views** on one platform
**$20/hour for each in-person filming session (1-2 hours every two weeks)**:
**Unlimited earning potential** based on output and performance
Bonuses are paid only while actively employed

*What We’re Looking For**
Skilled in video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, Final Cut, etc.)
Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts
Strong attention to detail and a feel for viral trends
Self-motivated, organized, and creative
Able to attend a biweekly in-person filming session in Windsor
*Bonus Skills (Not Required)**
Portfolio of edited video content or links to TikToks/Reels
Knowledge of social media scheduling tools (Later, Meta Suite, Buffer)
Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud
Interest in real estate, business, or digital marketing
