Job Title

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage distribution force for assigned territory.
• Prospect, appoint, terminate agents as needed.
• Train agents on Zenith's underwriting appetite, capabilities, advantages, products, and services.
• Work with agents to ensure acceptable hit ratios and efficient relationships.
• Lead sales process for new and renewal business, collaborating with underwriting and other departments.
• Solicit opportunities for profitable growth and improved customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 7-10 years insurance industry experience, including workers' compensation underwriting.
• Proven leadership, sales, and strategic execution skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
