Senior Marketing Manager

We are looking for a data-driven results-oriented performance marketing leader with a strong understanding of full-funnel digital marketing for U.S. audiences.

This role is ideal for someone who has grown through hands-on execution and has a proven track record in guiding high-performing marketing teams in a cross-functional manner.

You will work cross-functionally with leadership, marketing, product, and technology teams to design, test, and scale marketing campaigns across channels, monitor performance metrics, experiment with creative and audience strategies, and ensure measurable results.

You'll bring curiosity analytical rigor, and accountability owning outcomes while fostering a culture of learning and performance.

• Collaborate with leadership to align marketing performance with business goals and global market needs.
• Partner with marketing, product, and technology teams to optimize full-funnel campaigns across paid, organic, and email channels.
• Oversee testing and experimentation to improve acquisition conversion, and retention performance.
• Track and analyze KPIs to guide continuous improvement.
• Grow mentor, and support a capable marketing team ensuring excellence in execution.

• Proven leadership in managing full-funnel digital marketing including paid media SEO content, and email.
• Skilled at mapping business goals to granular steps in marketing including campaign design optimization, and A/B testing.
• Analytical and results-oriented with a strong understanding of performance metrics.
• Hands-on leader who collaborates closely with specialists to drive measurable outcomes.
• Curious organized, and passionate about performance marketing growth.
