  • *Job Summary**

Reporting to the Senior E-Commerce Merchandising Manager, the E-Commerce Analyst plays a key role in driving performance across Silver Jeans Co.’s eCommerce business through data-driven insights and strategic collaboration. **This 14-month hybrid term position is based in Winnipeg and is ideal for someone with strong analytical capabilities and a keen interest in e-commerce and marketing performance.**

This role is responsible for building and maintaining reports, dashboards, and forecasts that inform day-to-day decisions and long-term planning. The Analyst owns the eCommerce channel planner—ensuring business splits are accurate, financial targets are aligned, and opportunities are clearly surfaced. By partnering closely with Web, Merchandising, Data, and Planning teams, this role helps connect the dots between customer behavior, site performance, and marketing effectiveness.

  • *Key Responsibilities**:
  • *eCommerce & Campaign Analysis**:Leverage Google Analytics and other tools to extract meaningful insights on site performance, customer behavior, and investigate data to identify trends, potential issues, and optimization opportunities
  • *Reporting & Dashboarding**: Build and maintain dynamic reports and dashboards in Excel to track sales, traffic, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • *Channel Planning & Optimization**: Own and manage the eCommerce channel planner, ensuring business splits are accurate and aligned with financial targets and strategic goals.
  • *Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Partner with Merchandising, Web, Data, and Planning teams to analyze channel growth, site trends, and historical performance—merging quantitative data with marketing and customer insights to guide decision-making.
  • *Financial Forecasting Support**: Assist in financial planning by analyzing sales trends and customer behavior to support revenue forecasting, budgeting, and target setting.
  • *Weekly Business Reporting**: Deliver regular reporting on eCommerce financial performance, identifying wins, risks, and actionable insights to support agility and strategic alignment.
  • *Problem Solving & Strategic Insight**: Approach challenges with a solution-first mindset—synthesizing data and distilling complex findings into clear, impactful recommendations.
  • *Customer-Centric Forecasting**: Collaborate with Data and CRM teams to integrate customer insights into forecasting and merchandising strategies.
  • *Requirements**:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Marketing or Related Field.
  • _Equivalent experience may be considered_
  • 2+ years of experience in Analytics based role, preferably in an ecommerce, marketing, or data analytics capacity within a consumer goods or retail environment.
  • Strong expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), with the ability to quickly extract, interpret, and analyze data.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUPs, and data visualization. Experience with SQL is considered a strong asset.
  • Experience with Sales Force Commerce Cloud.
  • Experience with financial forecasting or ecommerce financial planning is a plus.
