A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Digital Technology to lead a team responsible for delivering innovative digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ~10 direct reports, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Drive the design and implementation of digital technology initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement

Collaborate with stakeholders to co-create solutions that enhance the customer journey and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Psychology, or Information Technology, or equivalent experience with 5+ additional years

10+ years of experience in people leadership roles, managing large, geographically dispersed teams

Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level projects, particularly digital, user-facing solutions

Experience with digital platforms, journey mapping, and usability principles

Strong stakeholder management skills
