Digital Learning Specialist

A company is looking for a Digital Customer Education Content Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver digital training modules and materials for customers and employees

Conduct technical and product training via e-learning in various formats

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance learning solutions and track e-learning platform analytics

Required Qualifications and Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience with digital adoption platforms (e.g., WalkMe, Whatfix)

Knowledge of adult learning theory and curriculum design

Experience with content authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Camtasia)

Veterinary or medical experience is preferred
