Associate Vice President Growth Marketing

A company is looking for an Associate Vice President Growth Marketing (Player-Coach).

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development, deployment, and tracking of multi-channel marketing campaigns

Own and optimize strategies for SEO, SEM, and social media channels

Design and execute advanced email marketing programs and account-based marketing strategies

Required Qualifications

10-15 years of progressive experience in Marketing, with 5-7 years in a senior leadership role

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree preferred

Proven hands-on experience in digital marketing tactics including SEO, SEM, and email

Expert-level knowledge in managing digital channels and CRM platforms

Advanced proficiency in web analytics tools, specifically Google Analytics (GA4)
