We’re working with a fast-growing, international consumer health business operating across 90 markets with a broad portfolio of established personal-care and wellness products. The company is scaling rapidly through organic growth and acquisitions and is now seeking a Digital Content Lead to drive content excellence for one of its high-growth vitamin and supplement brands across Europe.
This role sits at the centre of digital growth. You’ll shape the brand’s end-to-end content strategy, lead full-funnel campaigns, and own the organic content ecosystem across social, email, website and SEO. You’ll also manage and develop a Digital Marketing Manager, ensuring best-in-class execution that aligns with commercial objectives.
The Role
As Digital Content Lead, you’ll combine creative vision with strategic and commercial thinking to build consumer-led content that drives measurable performance in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the ideation and delivery of integrated digital campaigns across organic social, website, email, landing pages and paid touchpoints
- Create clear creative briefs and collaborate with internal and external creative teams
- Ensure all campaigns support brand positioning and growth objectives
- Own all content and asset outputs, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand visual and tone-of-voice guidelines
- Define scopes of work and coordinate with creative teams to deliver high-quality assets at scale
- Produce high-quality native-level English copy including website content, email campaigns, press releases and video scripts
- Define and evolve the organic social media strategy
- Guide platform-specific approaches across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other relevant channels
- Stay close to trends and audience insights to ensure content relevance and impact
- Lead the email marketing strategy to drive engagement, retention and conversion
- Oversee segmentation, journeys and campaign optimisation
- Ensure best practice compliance with data protection and email regulations
- Drive an SEO-first content approach to increase organic traffic and visibility
- Oversee keyword strategy, content optimisation and technical SEO improvements
- Track performance and optimise based on insights
Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience in digital content or content-led marketing roles, ideally within consumer or eCommerce environments
- Strong experience across full-funnel campaigns, organic social, email marketing and SEO
- Native-level English with excellent writing and editing skills
- Proven ability to bring ideas to life across written, visual, video and social formats
- Strong understanding of social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest
- Commercially minded, with a solid grasp of eCommerce metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR and conversion rate
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative, proactive and passionate about consumer wellness and supplements
