Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Brand Manager to lead the full marketing calendar- from brand campaigns and seasonal peaks to digital growth and content strategy for a fast-growing consumer business based around Oxford UK. You’ll be the guardian of tone, story and customer experience across all touchpoints, shaping a brand that’s rapidly scaling and loved by the public.

What You’ll Do

• Own and deliver the annual marketing calendar across retail, ecommerce and events
• Lead brand campaigns from concept to execution
• Develop and manage digital strategy including social, email, influencer partnerships and performance channels
• Bring seasonal ranges and NPD to life through strong activation campaigns
• Strengthen the brand identity
• Manage agency partners, budgets and a small internal team

Requirements

Significant marketing or consumer marketing experience- ideally F&B, retail or lifestyle

Strong digital marketing skills (social, content, paid, email, analytics)

Highly organised, proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced, growing business

Strong relationship builder and confident partner to internal teams and agencies
