URGENT: SEO Operations & Reporting Systems Specialist (Google Sheets + Looker Studio)

Project Overview

We’re a digital marketing agency offering SEO, Google Ads, and Local SEO (GBP) services. We’re seeking an experienced specialist to rapidly design and implement a client-ready SEO tracking and reporting system with an immediate turnaround.

This project requires same-day collaboration and a usable first version delivered by early tomorrow morning for internal review and a client call.

Immediate Deliverable (Critical)

By early tomorrow morning, we need

A Google Sheet–based system that

Tracks SEO work from audit findings → tasks → execution → status

Is structured, readable, and client-presentable

Clearly ties work items to SEO outcomes

A draft KPI dashboard (Looker Studio or similar) that:

Pulls from Google Search Console and GA4 (Ahrefs/GBP can be mocked or outlined if API access isn’t immediately available)

Shows core SEO performance metrics in a clean, client-friendly way

A short walkthrough or notes explaining

How the system works

How it should be presented to a client

This does not need to be perfect or fully automated on day one — it does need to be logical, clean, and defensible in a client conversation.

What You’ll Be Doing Today

Designing the structure of an SEO execution + reporting system

Creating or refining

Task tracking tabs

Priority & status logic

KPI definitions

Working quickly and collaboratively with us to finalize a v1 system

Required Experience

Strong Google Sheets skills (structure, formulas, clarity)

Looker Studio experience (even a rough but logical dashboard is fine)

Working knowledge of

SEO workflows (technical, content, links, local)

Google Search Console & GA4

Comfortable working fast under a short deadline

Ability to communicate clearly and asynchronously

Nice to Have (Not Required for v1)

Agency experience

Ahrefs or SEMrush reporting

Google Business Profile reporting

Light automation (Apps Script, Zapier)

Timeline & Availability

Must be available today

Able to collaborate and iterate throughout the day

Deliverable needed by early tomorrow morning (latest)

Engagement

Paid, short-term contract for immediate build

Strong potential for follow-on work to refine, automate, and scale the system across clients
