Role Overview
I am hiring a senior Shopify E-commerce VA to take ownership of daily operations and actively scale a DTC brand.
You will be expected to think, improve, document, and systemize everything you touch.
If you need constant direction, this position is not a fit.

Your Responsibilities (Ownership Level)
Shopify Operations
- End-to-end product listing (structure, pricing, variants, collections)
- Product image optimization using AI tools (conversion-focused, Shopify-ready)
- Store quality control (branding consistency, errors, UX issues)
Paid Ads Execution
- Launch Facebook Ads daily (testing & iteration required)
- Manage creatives, formats, and basic performance monitoring
- Flag winning products and creatives for scaling
Customer Service
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Order tracking, delivery issues, refunds & returns
- Maintain brand voice and customer trust at all times
Systems & Scale
- Create SOPs for every recurring task
- Build repeatable workflows so tasks can be delegated
- Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements proactively
- Think in terms of scalability, not one-off fixes

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Proven Shopify VA / E-commerce experience
- Hands-on experience launching and managing Facebook Ads
- Experience using AI tools for product images or creatives
- Strong written English (customer communication quality is critical)
- Comfortable working independently without micromanagement
