We’re an IT services company focused on MVP development and custom software.

We’re at a 0→1 stage — the services are real, execution is strong, and now we want a proper sales engine to match.

We’re looking for one strong person who can own the entire sales and growth foundation, not just parts of it.

🧠 What You’ll Own (End-to-End)

🧩 Strategy & Positioning

  • Define a sharp Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Shape a clear, sellable core offer
  • Help structure pricing and packages that convert
  • Position our services cleanly (no agency fluff)

✍️ Messaging & Sales Copy

  • Write high-conversion website copy
  • Craft offer pages and landing pages
  • Define hooks, CTAs, and value propositions
  • Create messaging that resonates with founders and business owners

🌐 Website & Funnel

  • Design the website and funnel structure (simple, fast, conversion-first)
  • Build lead capture and call-booking flows
  • Decide what’s essential vs unnecessary
  • Optimize the journey from first touch → call → close

📈 Conversion & Growth

  • Define how leads should come in (organic, outbound, or paid — with logic)
  • Track leads → calls → closed deals
  • Continuously refine the system until it converts
  • Think in outcomes, not tasks
