Part-Time Inventory & Supply Chain Manager – E-Commerce

We're a fast-growing DTC brand selling luxury cold-air scent diffusers and essential oils. We need a part-time inventory and supply chain manager to support our operations.

Responsibilities

Forecast inventory needs based on sales velocity and ad spend

Track stock levels and coordinate with our 3PL (ShipHero)

Communicate with suppliers on orders, lead times, and quality

Source and negotiate freight for inbound shipments

Flag potential stockouts or overstock situations

Requirements

Experience managing inventory for e-commerce/Shopify businesses

Strong supplier communication and negotiation skills

Familiarity with international freight and shipping logistics

Comfortable with spreadsheets and inventory tracking tools
