QuantFi provides a full finance department as a service for investor-backed companies. We’re looking for a part-time Growth Marketing Associate to help own and scale our content, collateral, and growth experiments across channels. This role is ideal for someone who understands how professional services and finance firms build trust, authority, and pipeline through content.
This is not an intern role—you’ll own execution, coordinate with specialists, and directly influence positioning and growth.
What You’ll Do
Content & Growth Ownership
Own and evolve QuantFi’s content presence across key channels (e.g., LinkedIn, website, sales collateral), building on existing content and workflows.
Lead content initiatives end-to-end, using internal resources such as financial modelers and subject-matter experts to produce high-quality, insight-driven content.
Identify high-impact themes across finance, accounting, and strategic advisory that resonate with founders, operators, and investors.
Project Management & Collateral
Project-manage the creation of marketing collateral and content across channels, ensuring timely execution and consistency.
Support and enhance client-facing assets such as the website, one-pagers, pitch decks, and sales materials.
Maintain clarity and alignment between marketing, sales, and client delivery materials.
Distribution, Repurposing & Experimentation
Repurpose and cross-pollinate content across formats and channels (e.g., long-form → short-form → sales enablement).
Turn client work, insights, and internal analysis into marketing-ready assets.
Run small, structured growth experiments (e.g., A/B tests on messaging, formats, or distribution) to identify what drives engagement and inbound interest.
What We’re Looking For
Experience marketing professional services firms, ideally within finance, accounting, advisory, or B2B services.
Strong understanding of content-led growth in trust-based, high-consideration buying environments.
Ability to manage multiple content and collateral workflows simultaneously.
Comfortable working with technical or finance-heavy material and translating it into clear, compelling messaging.
Bias toward execution, experimentation, and measurable improvement.
