U.S.-Based Appointment Setter & Outreach Specialist for Digital Marketing Agency
Description
We’re a small digital marketing agency with a list of 8,000 prospects and no existing outreach infrastructure. We’re looking for a results-driven, U.S.-based professional to develop scripts, make cold calls, and run multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email, SMS) to set qualified appointments for our sales team. You’ll be responsible for building our outbound process from the ground up and delivering measurable ROI.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine outreach scripts for phone, LinkedIn, email, and text that clearly communicate our services (SEO, PPC, web design/maintenance packages ranging from $2K–$4.5K).
- Execute cold-call campaigns to qualify prospects, identify decision-makers, and schedule appointments.
- Conduct professional outreach via LinkedIn—including connection requests, follow-up messages, and direct messaging—to generate interest and secure meetings.
- Send personalized email and SMS messages to boost engagement and appointment rates.
- Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities, lead status, and appointments in a CRM or spreadsheet.
- Coordinate with our sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent follow-up on qualified leads.
- Provide weekly reports detailing call volumes, appointment counts, conversion rates, and other KPIs to evaluate performance and ROI.
- Adjust outreach tactics based on results and feedback.
Requirements
- U.S.-based and fluent in English, with proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, and appointment setting for digital marketing or service businesses.
- Strong track record using multi-channel outreach (phone, LinkedIn, email, SMS) to generate appointments and revenue.
- Ability to write compelling scripts and messages tailored to different platforms and services.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, web design) and ability to discuss them with prospects.
- Experience using CRM tools or spreadsheets to track leads and report on results.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally.
- Availability for approximately 15–20 hours per week, with potential to scale up based on performance.
Budget & Compensation
- Hourly rate: $15–$25 (please specify your rate).
- Performance bonuses available for qualified appointments and closed deals.
- Long-term engagement with room for increased hours and compensation based on results.
