on page SEO - Contract to Hire

I am seeking an SEO expert to handle On-Page SEO (titles, meta tags, etc.) and set up Google Search Console for a portfolio of 10 websites.

We will start with a paid trial of $25 for the first website. If the results are successful, we will proceed with the remaining 9 sites for a total project value of $250. I have an additional 10 websites ready after this project, so I am looking for a reliable, long-term partner.
