Executive Assistant / Marketing Operator (Contract, High Ownership)

Overview

I’m looking for a highly capable Executive Assistant / Marketing Operator to act as my right hand across several consumer, gaming, and blockchain projects.

This is not a traditional VA role.

You will own outcomes, execute independently, and run marketing, outreach, and community systems end-to-end once strategy is aligned. I’ll set direction and priorities — you’ll handle execution, organization, and optimization.

If you’ve already done this kind of work before and don’t need hand-holding, this role will feel natural.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Marketing & Growth Execution

Funnel consumers into products via organic + automated marketing

Manage TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X posting and engagement

Set up and manage TikTok Shop (products, creatives, optimization)

Create short-form content using AI tools (Nano Banana, VO3, etc.)

Write outbound copy for

Consumers

Influencers / affiliates

Investors (once traction exists)

Follow up, nurture leads, and book calls on my calendar (I close)

Outreach & Automation

Build and manage outreach systems (LinkedIn included)

Automate lead generation, follow-ups, and basic CRM workflows

Help select and implement the marketing stack (CRM, email, automation)

Maintain clean organization in Notion (tasks, pipelines, processes)

Community & Brand Management

Moderate and manage Discord

Speak as the brand in DMs, comments, and community channels

Run giveaways, activations, and community initiatives

Maintain brand voice and consistency across platforms

Creative & Execution Support

Create and edit graphics (Figma preferred, Canva acceptable)

Prepare marketing assets for campaigns and launches

Ensure storefronts, landing pages, and listings look polished

Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)

Excellent written English (deal-breaker if not)

Proven experience in marketing execution, not theory

Experience with

TikTok / Instagram / Twitter/X

TikTok Shop or e-commerce funnels

Outreach and lead generation systems

CRM setup and basic automation

Strong organizational skills (you naturally structure chaos)

Comfortable making decisions independently and then syncing with me

Fully behind-the-scenes (no camera-facing work required)

Strong Bonuses (Big Plus)

Kickstarter or crowdfunding campaign experience

Gaming industry experience

Blockchain / crypto familiarity

Affiliate or influencer program management

AI-first workflows and automation mindset

Role Structure & Compensation

Contractor role

Hourly pay (flexible hours week-to-week)

~20–40 hours depending on workload

Eastern Time overlap required

Performance bonuses and revenue-based incentives possible over time
