Email Marketing Manager- Native German speakers preferred

We are looking for an email marketing manager to plan, execute, and optimize our email campaigns.

Responsibilities

Create and manage email campaigns (newsletters, lead nurturing, downloads)

Optimize subject lines, copy, and structure for engagement and conversion

Set up automations and segmentation

Analyze performance and suggest improvements

Requirements

Proven experience in email marketing

Strong copy and structural thinking

Experience with common email tools

Ability to work independently and report results clearly

Experience with cold outreach campaigns and intent data/signals is a plus
