Description

We’re seeking an experienced e-commerce manager and media buyer who specializes in TikTok Shop. You will oversee product performance, manage GMV Max campaigns, optimize listings, analyze data, and drive consistent sales growth across multiple brands. This role requires deep understanding of TikTok Shop performance, UGC-driven conversion, and paid media scaling.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations for TikTok Shop product listings
  • Launch, optimize, and scale GMV Max campaigns
  • Analyze content performance to identify winning creators, hooks, and angles
  • Work closely with our team to develop creative testing frameworks
  • Monitor ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion, and profitability metrics
  • Optimize product PDPs, pricing, offers, and sample strategy
  • Coordinate with affiliate operations to align paid content with organic performers
  • Troubleshoot TikTok Shop issues (sync errors, shipping templates, returns, etc.)
  • Produce detailed performance reports and recommendations

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing TikTok Shop accounts
  • Strong GMV Max media buying experience
  • Ability to read data and translate insights into actions
  • Understanding of UGC, ad hooks, creator performance, and content scaling
  • Comfortable managing multiple brands/products at once
  • Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Shopify, tracking tools, and TikTok backend a plus

Hours & Compensation

  • Part-time or full-time depending on experience
  • Long-term role with potential to scale responsibilities
  • Competitive weekly/monthly rate
