Job Description
I am an agency owner looking for a skilled automation freelancer to build systems for my e-commerce clients. This is a recurring need for successful projects.
Project Scope
You will be responsible for building and setting up two core automations for a US-based Shopify store:
Order Confirmation & Follow-up Workflow
Using Zapier (or Make.com), create a workflow that triggers when a new order is placed in Shopify.
The workflow must send a personalized thank-you/confirmation email to the customer via Gmail or the client's email service provider.
It should also add the customer's details to a Google Sheet for tracking.
Basic FAQ AI Chatbot
Set up a simple AI-powered chatbot using ManyChat, Chatfuel, or a similar platform.
The chatbot should answer 5-7 common pre-written customer questions (e.g., "What's my order status?", "What is your return policy?").
Ensure it is connected to the client's Facebook page or website as required.
Requirements
Must-have: Proven experience with Shopify, Zapier/Make.com, and chatbot platforms (ManyChat/Chatfuel).
Must-have: Excellent English communication skills.
Must-have: Ability to provide examples of similar past e-commerce automation work (please share links in your proposal).
Good to have: Experience with Klaviyo, Google Sheets API, or other e-commerce tools.
What You'll Provide
Full testing and documentation of the workflows.
A brief 30-minute video walkthrough for me (the agency owner) upon completion.
Clear notes on any logins or access needed for the client.
Project Type & Budget
This is a fixed-price project.
Budget: $300 - $400 USD.
Please submit your proposal with your total fixed project fee.
(Note: This is for a one-time setup. There may be ongoing monthly optimization work for the right freelancer.)
