Digital Marketing & Sales Team for IP hosting Business

We want to hire a small but effective team (or agency) that can take responsibility for marketing, sales, and customer acquisition.

🔹 1. Digital Marketing Specialist

Run Google Ads, Bing Ads, and LinkedIn Ads targeting people searching for VPS/servers.

Optimize SEO: keyword research, blog posts, landing pages (e.g., “VPS in Dubai,” “DDoS-Protected Servers,” etc.).

Set up tracking & reporting with Google Analytics, Hotjar, or GA4.

🔹 2. Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Handle inbound leads (live chat, website inquiries, email).

Do outbound prospecting on LinkedIn/email to find businesses that need servers.

Build relationships with IT agencies, developers, startups.

Push prospects toward free trials / demos / paid conversions.

🔹 3. Affiliate & Referral Manager

Create a referral program (customers get 10–20% recurring commissions for every client they bring).

Build partnerships with resellers & influencers in tech communities.

Set up an affiliate tracking system (e.g., Post Affiliate Pro, Rewardful, or similar).

🔹 4. (Optional) Content & Social Media Manager

Manage LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and Reddit presence.

Write tutorials, comparison guides, and case studies to build trust.

Engage with communities (Reddit / Discord / Hosting forums).

Increase website traffic by at least 50% in 3–6 months.

Convert more visitors into paying customers.

Set up a working affiliate/referral program.

Build a sustainable lead generation system.

Previous experience in hosting / SaaS / IT services marketing.

Strong knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, and LinkedIn lead generation.

Familiarity with affiliate marketing systems.

Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).

Clear communication and ability to show real results with past clients.

Remote / Flexible.

Prefer long-term collaboration if results are proven.

Open to performance-based incentives (e.g., commission or bonus on closed deals).
