Project Overview

We are looking for a senior copywriter to help us develop the core language for a consulting business working at the intersection of marketing, creativity, and organisational decision-making.

Our positioning is clear

YBN exists to protect good ideas from bad systems.

This project is about creating persuasive, senior, reusable language that explains:

  • the real problem our clients face (system-level, not individual)
  • the role YBN plays in helping leaders and organisations navigate complexity
  • our two core offerings: Leadership Support and an SME “interim senior marketing team”

The work will be used across decks, website, landing pages, and sales conversations.

This is not campaign copy and not brand fluff.

It’s foundational positioning and offering language that needs to convince through clarity, credibility, and judgment — not hype.

The project is split into two stages

1. Core, reusable language (source of truth)

2. Translation of that language into website copy

We’re looking for someone comfortable writing for senior decision-makers, who understands complexity, power dynamics, and how to sell without sounding salesy.
