AI Fashion Image Specialist (E-commerce Studio Mockups)

About the Role

We’re looking for an AI Fashion Image Specialist to create high-quality, e-commerce-ready studio mockups for our clothing brand. The focus is on realism, consistency, and colour accuracy, not experimental or editorial imagery.

This role requires someone who understands that AI fashion imagery is a production workflow, not just prompt generation.

What You’ll Be Creating

Studio-style model mockups for apparel (tops, hoodies, bottoms)

Multiple angles per product (front, back, ¾, side)

Multiple colourways per product

Images used directly on Shopify product pages

Core Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

You must have hands-on experience with

Stable Diffusion XL (SDXL)

(Image-to-Image workflows — not text-only prompts)

Photoshop

(Masking garments, non-destructive colour correction, batch edits)

Colour consistency workflows

(One master colour per colourway, applied globally — not shot-by-shot)

You must be able to

Lock lighting and background across all shots

Apply garment colours consistently across all angles

Match reference images accurately

Deliver images that look like they were shot in the same studio, same session

Preferred / Bonus Skills

(Not required, but a big plus)

ControlNet (pose, depth, reference)

ComfyUI or Automatic1111

Leonardo AI (with image guidance & masking)

Lightroom / Capture One (batch colour sync)

Experience with fashion e-commerce brands

What We Are NOT Looking For

Midjourney-only workflows
Shot-by-shot colour correction
“Lighting realism” used as an excuse for colour inconsistency
Experimental or cinematic styles not suitable for product pages

If you rely purely on text prompts or adjust colours individually per image, this role will not be a good fit.

Workflow Expectations

You will be expected to follow a structured process:

Create one master studio image

Lock background and lighting

Mask garment only

Apply one master colour per colourway

Verify consistency side-by-side before delivery
