ACT! CRM Automated Marketing Consultant

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on ACT! CRM Automated Marketing Consultant to work directly with our sales team to design, configure, and launch automated marketing campaigns within ACT! CRM. The goal is simple: build a consistent, repeatable lead-nurturing engine that sales can rely on—not a one-off campaign that dies in 60 days.

This is a practical implementation role. Strategy matters, but execution matters more.

Primary Responsibilities

Configure and implement ACT! CRM’s integrated Automated Marketing tools

Design and deploy email drip and nurture campaigns aligned with the sales process

Translate sales workflows into automation rules, triggers, and sequences

Clean, segment, and structure CRM data to support effective automation

Set up lead scoring, tagging, and campaign tracking inside ACT!

Train sales users on

How campaigns work

How to enroll prospects correctly

How to use automation without breaking it

Establish best practices for

List management

Campaign cadence

Opt-in/compliance

Monitor campaign performance and make adjustments based on engagement and results

Document configurations and processes so the system is not consultant-dependent
