Engagement Manager – Operations Transformation (Manufacturing | SAP)

Our client is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead an operations transformation at a manufacturing plant with approximately $300M in annual revenue. This role will focus on stabilizing and improving planning, production, and SAP-driven operational performance.

• Low on-time shipment performance
• Excess inventory
• Weak planning and production processes
• Incorrect SAP configurations driving poor demand signals

Scope of Work

• Improve planning and production processes across the plant
• Update and optimize SAP parameters and configurations to correct demand signals
• Increase on-time shipment performance to 80%
• Reduce inventory by $5M within six months
• Codify operational processes and reduce key-person dependency

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong background in manufacturing / production operations
• Hands-on experience working with SAP in an operational context
• Proven ability to lead on-site transformation initiatives
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
