Summary
The Corporate Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing and maintaining TopLine Results’ internal marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence, drive qualified leads, and support sales growth. This role blends creativity with technical marketing expertise to design, implement, and optimize campaigns that communicate TopLine’s value to clients, partners, and prospects.
Working across digital and traditional channels, this position oversees brand content, website management, and demand-generation programs that support both TopLine’s corporate marketing efforts and the promotion of our integration product, SymphonySync. The role also provides limited support for client marketing projects when needed, in collaboration with the digital marketing consulting team.
Primary Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Sales Enablement
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract, nurture, and convert prospects through digital channels.
- Manage marketing automation workflows, email campaigns, and landing pages that support lead capture and sales follow-up.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to identify opportunities for optimization and ROI improvement.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure marketing initiatives effectively support pipeline growth and revenue goals.
Marketing Content & Brand Management
- Create and maintain marketing materials, including brochures, business cards, slide decks, and digital collateral.
- Ensure all content and campaigns align with TopLine’s brand standards and corporate messaging.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and publish customer success stories and case studies.
- Support sales efforts through targeted campaigns, collateral development, and marketing analytics reporting.
Digital Marketing & Web Management
- Manage and update the company website, including content, design enhancements, and performance optimization.
- Design and implement digital advertising campaigns across search, display, and social platforms to drive engagement and conversions.
- Monitor and manage website engagement tools and SEO performance to support inbound lead generation.
- Oversee social media strategy and post regular updates to maintain consistent online engagement.
Campaigns, Events & Communication
- Develop and distribute monthly customer newsletters and quarterly partner newsletters.
- Produce and edit marketing videos to support brand awareness and educational initiatives.
- Plan and support events, webinars, and tradeshows, including logistics, materials, and post-event follow-up.
- Coordinate advertising and sponsorships with business alliances, chambers, and professional associations.
- Support NPS survey administration, pricing communication updates, and other internal communication initiatives.
Competencies
- Strong strategic and technical marketing skills with a focus on lead generation and sales enablement.
- Proficient in marketing automation, CRM integration, and campaign performance analysis.
- Strong graphic design and writing skills for digital and print media.

Experience/Education requirements
- 2–5 years of professional experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or marketing communications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience designing and executing lead generation or marketing automation campaigns that directly support sales growth.
- Proficiency with marketing and design tools, including website CMS platforms, email marketing software, CRM systems, and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
