T-Mobile is looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our Affiliate Marketing team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of our affiliate marketing initiatives, collaborating across teams to ensure the program's smooth execution and success.

What You'll Do in Your Role

Campaign Support: Assist in the implementation, tracking, and optimization of affiliate campaigns.
Partner Coordination: Communicate with affiliate partners to support program needs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely activation of campaigns.
Performance Tracking: Manage reporting workflows and analyze campaign performance to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Creative Collaboration: Work with internal teams to coordinate offer launches, creative previews, and approvals.
Operational Excellence: Troubleshoot ad tags, trackers, and other technical elements to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Process Improvement: Contribute to refining workflows to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the affiliate program.

The Experience You'll Bring

Affiliate Knowledge: 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or a related field.
Technical Proficiency: Hands on experience with Enterprise-grade digital marketing platforms, ad servers, and dynamic creative tools.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve campaign or technical issues effectively.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating across teams and with external partners.
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Base Pay Range: $61,000 - $110,200

Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
