PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Trade Marketing Executive (On Trade) will develop, drive, implement and follow up an assigned channel strategy according to the effective PicOS to ensure right products' availability and right visibility. Create, plan, execute and evaluate in-store brand activities according the Sales Cycle.

Focus channel: on trade | Field work: 30%

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Create, schedule and ensure implementation of channel plans according to the Master Calendar and Sales Cycles
  • Drive the follow up the execution of the Sales Cycle
  • Ensure availability of strategic POSM, including permanent and promotional items, required for the assigned channel
  • Ensure promotion evaluation and optimization of all channel activities according to established finance procedure
  • Work closely with sales teams within the channel to train and bring expertise
  • Identify and activate cross selling opportunities within the assigned channel
  • Develop, drive and implement activities aimed for assigned channel customers
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate the channel needs on an ongoing basis
  • Utilize data and consumer insights to provide recommendations to drive HNMM brands market share
  • Provide support to the KA team in creating joint business plans process with key customers
  • Keep track on the channel monthly targets (Sales Volume and Execution KPIs)
  • Lead the process of innovating and optimization of the channel visibility and profitability
  • Allocate, track and report on the channel budget allowance
  • Provide channel data and reports upon a request
  • Regularly visit market, providing specific insights and constructive feedback on areas of improvement
  • Close cross functional cooperation with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply chain teams
  • Follow and comply with Life Saving Rules

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree preferably related to Business Management
  • 3-4 working experience in TM in FMCG
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Drive results and problem resolution skills
  • High level of resilience
  • Analytical skills
  • High sense of urgency
  • Planning and time management skills
  • Coaching and development skills
  • Attention to details
  • Persuasive & influence
  • Event Management (ideal)
  • Myanmar language is a must
  • Business proficiency in English
