The Agency is seeking an experienced Media Specialist to join our elite real estate team. This role is ideal for a polished creative professional with a refined eye for detail and a passion for capturing luxury homes at the highest level.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for producing premium photography, video, and 3D virtual tours that elevate our listings and reflect the sophistication of The Agency brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-end real estate photography and cinematic video
• Produce compelling property films for digital and social platforms
• Create Zillow 3D Home® tours / virtual experiences
• Partner closely with agents to visually tell each home’s story
• Maintain brand consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all media

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in luxury real estate photography & videography
• Experience with Zillow 3D tours or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and post-production
• Professional demeanor with excellent time management
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, design-driven environment
