Purpose
We are on the lookout for an innovative Integrated Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Leader to spearhead targeted, multi-channel campaigns aimed at accelerating pipeline growth and revenue for our IT Services portfolio. This position reports to the Director of Integrated Marketing, managing personalized 1:1 engagements as well as scalable 1:Few and 1:Many campaigns. Collaborating across Sales, SDRs, and other Marketing teams, this role is crucial for driving tailored engagement around our IT Services, including Cloud Services, Intelligent Automation, Security Services, and Data Services. The perfect candidate will bring hands-on experience with marketing tools like Marketo, Demandbase, LinkedIn, and Salesforce (SFDC), and will be skilled in executing effective multi-channel ABM campaigns and utilizing gifting platforms. Your creative and data-driven strategies will be instrumental in nurturing relationships with high-value accounts, enhancing the buyer journey.
This position is fully remote. Candidates must be located within the US and be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
Your Responsibilities
- ABM Strategy & Execution: Craft personalized 1:1 campaigns and scalable 1:Few programs to engage target accounts and decision-makers.
- Collaboration: Work with Sales, SDRs, and Client Success to align on account strategies and marketing priorities, ensuring cohesive go-to-market plans.
- Campaign Management: Leverage a multi-channel approach, including paid media, social selling, events, email outreach, and custom content, to drive growth and expand market share.
- Data & Optimization: Utilize Salesforce, Demandbase, LinkedIn, and Marketo for tracking engagement, optimizing campaigns, and delivering detailed performance reports.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging account-specific materials, like videos and personalized templates, to support campaign initiatives.
- Training & Enablement: Educate field teams on ABM strategies and follow-up techniques for seamless execution.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in B2B marketing for IT Services with 3+ years in ABM roles.
- Proficient in tools such as Marketo, Demandbase, LinkedIn, and Salesforce.
- Demonstrated ability to execute high-ROI campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional project management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Travel may be required a few times annually, based on business needs.
