Marketing Manager – Mid-Market Go-To-Market (Contract)

Location: Toronto

Contract Length: 12 months

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to drive mid-market go-to-market campaigns that accelerate pipeline growth and revenue. This role partners closely with sales, GTM, and performance marketing teams to execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns with a strong focus on demand generation and account-based marketing.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute end-to-end mid-market GTM campaigns aligned with sales priorities
  • Develop sales enablement assets and campaign content across multiple channels
  • Support ABM initiatives including events, direct mail, paid media, and sales cadences
  • Partner with sales teams to support outbound and hunting motions
  • Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for conversion and ROI

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience (SaaS or tech preferred)
  • Proven experience driving pipeline and revenue through integrated campaigns
  • Strong experience partnering with sales teams and GTM stakeholders
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (Marketo, Salesforce)
  • Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with ABM platforms (ZoomInfo, Demandbase, Bombora)
  • Experience supporting mid-market or enterprise sales motions
