About the Role
In this hands-on position, you'll have the exciting opportunity to collaborate closely with clients, managing their Paid Media campaigns to drive outstanding results across multiple digital platforms. Your responsibilities will encompass everything from crafting and optimizing campaigns to insightful reporting and strategic development. Being part of a smaller agency allows you to broaden your skill set beyond Paid Media and engage in various digital marketing activities.
You will work across diverse industries, including retail and eCommerce, managing key accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone eager to enhance their account management and digital marketing expertise.
Core Responsibilities
- Paid Media Campaigns: Lead comprehensive campaign creation and optimization across platforms like Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, Google Ads, and Bing Ads, aligning all activities with client KPIs and marketing goals.
- Multi-Channel Strategy: Develop and implement integrated strategies in partnership with the Account Manager, ensuring cohesive collaboration across all digital marketing channels.
- Client Management: Take ownership of client-facing reporting and insights, presenting performance data, strategic recommendations, and important findings during client meetings.
- Optimisation & Analysis: Conduct daily performance evaluations, manage budgets, and perform competitor analysis to uncover improvement opportunities.
- Budget Tracking & Reporting: Oversee budget tracking tools to ensure accurate pacing across accounts and assist team members with delivery challenges.
- Performance Dashboards: Create and showcase advanced performance dashboards using Google Looker Studio and Funnel, providing actionable insights to clients.
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads for eCommerce clients; experience in PPC and Paid Social is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Bing Ads, and Excel (including pivot tables and formulas).
- Strong analytical abilities with a background in A/B testing, competitive benchmarking, and campaign optimization.
- Exceptional time management, organizational skills, and communication proficiency.
- Able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofing skills.
