As an Associate Director, Digital Marketing & Artist Development, this individual operates as a project manager to drive and evolve the company's development of strategic and tactical marketing campaigns. You will serve as an integral part of a team responsible for creating and implementing digital marketing and revenue-generating campaigns for your assigned roster.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a project manager for an assigned artist roster, developing strategic timelines and marketing plans in collaboration with SMN's promotion, media, creative and commercial partnership peers;
• Lead in the execution of the marketing plan and evaluation of campaign results.
