Are you a data-driven marketing analyst with a passion for uncovering insights and driving measurable results? We are seeking a dynamic and engaged professional to join our Web Experience team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in transforming complex data into clear, actionable strategies, directly influencing how millions of users interact with our digital presence. Your expertise will elevate our marketing effectiveness, optimize user journeys, and contribute directly to the success of our global initiatives.

You will own a range of measurement, reporting, and investigation workflows, translating ambiguous questions into structured analyses and delivering impactful recommendations. Your work will directly lead to faster, clearer insights for marketing teams, ensuring web experiments are conducted with reliable, repeatable methods. You'll enhance the comprehensiveness and usability of monthly reporting, uncover meaningful behavioral gaps through in-depth investigations, and build confidence in measurement across all marketing campaigns, site changes, and cross-organizational initiatives.

  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Evaluate the impact of web projects and cross-team initiatives, both proactively and in response to stakeholder requests.
  • Design, run, and evaluate web experiments using leading tools (e.g., Ninetailed) and internal frameworks.
  • Utilize behavioral analytics tools (e.g., FullStory) to assess web design impact, track user journeys, and analyze funnels.
  • Address ad-hoc questions about user behavior, funnel performance, and marketing program impact using various data sources.
  • Generate comprehensive monthly reports on web engagement, including session patterns, behavioral insights, and page-level trends.
  • Collaborate with product managers and marketers to refine vague or exploratory analytics questions into structured, insightful analyses.
  • Conduct detailed page-level and flow-level investigations to pinpoint issues or opportunities within conversion paths.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to analyze sales funnels originating from web lead sources.
  • Must-Have Qualifications :

To thrive in this role, you'll bring

  • 5-7+ years of experience in web analytics and / or marketing analytics.
  • Proven experience with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) for tracking, reporting, and interpreting user behavior and performance metrics.
  • Exceptional ability to translate ambiguous or loosely framed business questions into structured analytical approaches and actionable insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, and complex data manipulation.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting marketing, growth, or web teams in understanding and improving performance.
  • Strong proficiency in A / B testing methodologies, encompassing experiment design, implementation, and results interpretation, with a solid grasp of statistical concepts (power, significance, confidence intervals).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for diverse audiences.
  • A high degree of comfort context-switching across multiple stakeholders and managing incoming requests efficiently.
  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

  • Understanding of SEO analytics, documentation analytics, or logged-in behavior measurement.
