Gather marketing performance data metrics to support future goals and resource allocation

Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competition
Develop marketing plans and strategies to reach target audiences and achieve business goals
Create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, art and web, to ensure consistency in messaging and branding
Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results
Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI
Foster relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to enhance brand reputation and drive business growth

Required Skills

At least 2 years of relevant experience
Strong communication skill,
Analytical and creative skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

This is an on-site position with a growing team and business. The role may have hybrid work opportunities pending individual performance and the nature of on going projects. This is not guaranteed at this time.
