Entry Level Marketing – Face-to-Face Campaigns (Birmingham | Full-Time | On-Site)

While most marketing has moved online, we specialise in face-to-face brand marketing, working directly with customers on behalf of well-known UK organisations across Energy, Telecoms, FMCG, Charity, and Consumer Services.

As demand from our clients continues to grow, we’re expanding our Birmingham-based marketing team and are looking for motivated individuals to join us in an Entry Level Marketing role, delivering live, in-person campaigns.

What This Role Actually Is (And Isn’t)

• Face-to-face marketing
• Live brand representation
• Customer interaction in busy public settings
• In-person campaigns, events, and activations

What You’ll Be Doing Day to Day

You’ll be trained to deliver high-quality, in-person marketing campaigns by:

• Representing well-known brands in face-to-face environments
• Engaging customers through conversation
• Explaining products and services clearly and confidently
• Creating positive brand experiences that drive real results
• Supporting campaign setup, execution, and performance tracking
• Collecting customer feedback to improve campaign delivery

This is fast-paced, interactive, people-first work where every day feels different.
