We are hiring an SEO director to oversee SEO strategy, execution, and adjustment to AI search (be it through Google AI Mode as a default in Google search, be it through discovery through LLMs).

Responsibilities

In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing SEO strategy for our clients. You'll work with a team of SEO associates tasked with handling the execution of these strategies—your role is to:

Oversee the SEO strategy that will help grow our clients' businesses

Ensure our SEO Associates are able to execute the strategies you develop together, assisting them when appropriate

Oversee our team's growth and development

Ensure the work being performed is of the caliber expected

Provide input during the hiring process, ensuring we're getting the right people in the right seats.

Qualifications

For this role, we would like someone with

A strong grasp of the buyer's journey and how SEO ties into it

The role of SEO in a company's overall marketing strategy

Extreme organization
