Director of Marketing Senior leadership role within a well-established, highly trusted B2C brand with national reach and a loyal customer base. The business operates at scale, invests heavily in direct marketing and digital acquisition, and is focused on driving consistent, cost-effective customer demand aligned to operational capacity. Director of Marketing will take full ownership of marketing performance, with a strong emphasis on high-volume direct marketing, digital channels, CRM, and data-led decision making. You’ll lead a capable in-house team and work closely with specialist agencies to deliver measurable growth. Responsible for ensuring marketing activity delivers a predictable flow of qualified customers within agreed acquisition budgets, while continuing to strengthen brand trust and long-term customer relationships. Key responsibilities include: Leading and optimising high-spend direct marketing campaigns (Owning digital marketing strategy and performance, including agency managementDriving multi-channel B2C campaigns, direct mail, digital, email, SMS and telesalesManaging marketing operations to ensure flawless execution at pace and scaleOverseeing and developing the marketing technology stack and CRM capabilityPartnering cross-functionally with operations, customer services, sales and ITManaging and forecasting marketing budgets, ROI and cost-per-acquisitionAnalysing campaign performance and using insight to continuously improve results This role suits a commercially minded, data-driven marketing leader who thrives in high-volume B2C environments and is comfortable balancing brand, performance and operational delivery.
