You will be pivotal in orchestrating 1:1 and 1:few ABM playbooks and campaigns, working in close partnership with cross-functional teams such as product marketing, sales, solution engineering, customer success and SDRs to ensure seamless execution and measurable outcomes.

This position best suits a marketing expert who thrives in B2B SaaS environments with enterprise level accounts and has a proven track record in creating and managing successful ABM strategies. What You Will Do

  • Identify and prioritize target accounts in collaboration with sales and external ABM marketing agency, tailoring campaigns across 1:1 and 1:few frameworks.
  • Lead the execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns across email, digital ads, webinars, and content syndication, and partner with our regional sales and SDR teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build, develop and create compelling, account-specific content, assets, and creative design that resonate with key personas, including revenue operations leaders, sales leadership, and C-level executives.
  • Align closely with sales teams to ensure consistent messaging, build effective sales enablement materials, and track the progression of accounts through the funnel.
  • Own ABM performance reporting by monitoring KPIs such as engagement, pipeline generation, deal velocity, and revenue impact, with continuous optimization to improve results.
  • Leverage ABM platforms (i.e. 6Sense/Marketo, HubSpot ), marketing automation, and CRM tools (Salesforce) to track campaign success, provide insights, and iterate on strategies.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging ABM technologies to refine and enhance the ABM playbook.

What You Will Bring To The Role

  • 7+ years of experience in account-based marketing, demand generation, or closely related fields within B2B SaaS, preferably Enterprise space with high ACV.
  • Deep understanding of ABM strategies and tactics, with expertise in managing personalized campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline and revenue goals through targeted account-based campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in creating campaign materials, including landing pages and ad copywriting.
  • Strong ability to collaborate across departments, especially with sales teams, to align strategies and ensure account progression.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, tight deadlines, and complex campaigns.
  • Experience working with ABM platforms (e.g., 6Sense, RollWorks), marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo), and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Highly data-driven and detail-oriented, with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics and optimize accordingly.
