Specialist, Market Growth

Our team is seeking a Specialist, Market Growth to provide assistance to prospective and existing members with healthcare coverage applications and non-clinical reminders. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment, and be able to assess needs and make thoughtful decisions to help members.

The specialist will proactively facilitate outreach to Molina members regarding their upcoming recertification with the state and healthplan, educate them on the process, and complete required applications and submissions to the State. They will also assist and resolve complex member issues related to application errors, immigration status, multi-family enrollment, premiums, eligibility, etc.

Responsibilities include managing individual State dashboards, providing non-clinical reminders, facilitating closure of at-risk care gaps, scheduling appointments, conducting outreach to appropriate State entities, and promoting member enrollments into plan programs. The specialist will also collaborate with the leadership team to provide feedback, trends, and insights for areas of opportunity for improvement related to technology, process, people, retention, and member experience.
