POSITION SUMMARY
The Associate Marketing Manager, Brand Activation is responsible for translating the Nature Made brand's business needs into impactful marketing campaigns. This includes developing effective creative, planning consumer touchpoints, and executing integrated communications plans. Partner with agencies to elevate our creative of fully integrated plans across TV, Digital, Radio, OOH, Influencers, PR, Paid Social, Partnerships, and Activations. Partner closely with internal and external resources to ensure strong brand programming, cross functional alignment, and measurement of campaign(s).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Critical contributions this role is counted on to deliver include:
- Lead and execute communications plans and integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and reach
- Analyze consumer behavioral data, best practices, and competitive insights to develop recommendations to optimize brand communication and engagement
- Lead cross functional team of internal and external stake holders to build and deliver programs with maximum effectiveness
- Inspire "best in class" ideas by working with agency partners across concepting, development, alignment, execution, measurement, and optimization

Critical Success Factors
You’ll be most successful in this role if you have:
- Tangible experience supporting marketing campaigns that drove significant results.
- Experience analyzing primary and secondary data sources to generate actionable insights to drive consumer marketing strategy.
- Excellent communication, multi-tasking, project management, and prioritization skills leading cross-functional teams and influencing key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience working with a broad range of agency partners - both small and large - to achieve objectives.
- Strong ability to direct creative strategy through execution, with a focus on grounding work in marketing strategies and consumer insights.
CAPABILITIES & SKILLS REQUIRED
In order to take on these challenges, you’ll need to have:
- Bachelor's Degree. An MBA degree is preferred
- 3-5 years of brand management and marketing experience, with at least 1-2 years of digital communications experience.
- CPG brand marketing experience, or significant experience in category with equivalent complexity, pace and competitive dynamics.
- Ability to make focused decisions based on Brand integrity and Company values.
- Ability to consistently communicate in a clear and timely manner.
- Strong analytical, presentation project management, and negotiation skills.

SALARY RANGE
National Target Base Pay Range: $80,000.00 - $133,000.00. The salary range for this position is based on national standards. For candidates in California and New York metro the Target Base Pay Range is $88,000 - $146,000, to reflect the cost of living and market conditions in those areas.
Actual compensation will take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location, education, experience, qualifications and job-related skills. It is not typical for an individual to be hired above the midpoint of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. This information is provided to applicants in accordance with state and local laws.
Base pay is only one component of our total rewards offerings, and we will take the full offering into consideration when presenting an offer of employment. Our total rewards package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, Medical, dental and vision benefits, 401K match, and other wellness benefits.
