Part Time E-commerce Picker

Location: Toronto, Ontario
- *We are looking for a PART-TIME ECOMMERCE ASSOCIATE to join our team at our Etobicoke, Ontario Distribution Center to fill the following FULL-TIME position **paying $18/hr to start, with potential to earn up to $18.50/hr within 4-6 weeks**:
- **6AM to 2:30PM**:
- **Monday + Tuesday + Saturday**
- *What are we looking for?**
- *Education**:
- High School
- *Experience**:
- Solid ability to perform various functions in a Warehouse environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of urgency and time management skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
- Comfortable lifting products up to 50lbs each
- RF experience is required
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a comparable Administrative, Clerk or Coordinator role
- Experience with Ecommerce and FedEx or related couriers is considered an asset
- *What you will be doing**:
- Punctual attendance and arrival on shift as schedule ready to work
- Attend crew meetings and communication sessions as required
- Participate in stretch program
- Adhere to all external and internal policies and procures as required
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Prepare your pallet or pick cart with the necessary supplies of totes, boxes, labels, etc. as required
- Follow defined pick patch to select product as directed via RF picking equipment
- Adhere to order picking procedure to ensure accuracy of product ordered and quantity
- Report any items short in pick location to Administration so timely replenishment or inventory investigation can be completed
- Complete a circle back for any items shorted if replenishment was possible to ensure max fill rate of order
- Maintain all RF functions as directed to ensure orders are properly logged for end transactions to stores
- Process Ecommerce orders picked for final packing and invoicing
- Complete order processing steps in Microsoft NAV system
- Complete order processing steps in FedEx PPS system to generate end shipment labels
- Final packing of customer orders in shipment box, secure from damage and affix shipment label
- Validate system transactions for accurate completion of orders
- Request resolution and action to ensure all orders are brought to completion in system in a timely manner
- Maintain On-Time and Accuracy KPI’s as required
- Perform other duties as required
