THE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic Director of Media Strategy to lead and develop our strategy team and drive 360° media excellence. This is a career-defining opportunity for an ambitious strategist ready to make their mark and grow into a VP role within an innovative agency environment.
STRATEGIC PILLARS
1. Strategic Leadership: Lead and mentor the strategy team, ensuring world-class media planning across all channels.
2. Account Director Partnership: Manage relationships with creative agency partners (including Sid Lee, Lemieux Bedard, etc.) and lead collaborative pitch development.
3. Business Growth: Drive client retention and new business acquisition through strategic excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and develop a team of strategists with the opportunity to grow the department
- Oversee 360° media strategy development across TV, Radio, OOH, Digital, and emerging channels
- Manage multiple creative agency partnerships simultaneously
- Utilize planning tools including Vividata, Numeris, eMarketer and advanced analytics platforms
- Lead pitch development and client presentations
- Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and exceed client expectations
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 8+ years of comprehensive media strategy and planning experience
- Proven leadership experience managing strategic teams
- Deep expertise in 360° media planning (Traditional + Digital)
- Strong client management and presentation skills
- Ambitious professional seeking a clear VP-level growth trajectory
- Bilingual (French/English) preferred
