The Senior Display Producer is seasoned lead, responsible for managing complex production projects across multiple services, including print, digital, retouching, mechanicals and more. They can lead projects and team members across a variety of talent to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, are ushered through internal workflow tools, and meet client and creative requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple projects, from the initial briefing to the final wrap.
  • Train and guide mid and junior level Producers in best ways of working and display capabilities
  • Establish and maintain effective, trusting and collaborative working relationships with clients, 3rd party partners and internal agency producer departments.
  • Manage client and agency relationships, ensuring revenye across projects is tracked and audited.
  • Create estimates, schedules and manage projects from beginning to end to make sure they are on time, in budget and meet project scoping requirements.
  • Serve as primary communicator with creative, account and project managers on upcoming and active project statuses.
  • Work with the Executive Producer to identify growth opportunities, client revenue forecasting and tracking burn on projects.
  • Collaborate with Executive Producers in other North American offices for shared support, production knowledge, and best practices.
  • Manage day-to-day escalations and troubleshoot production challenges.
  • Collaborate with studio resourcing leadership to ensure projects are appropriately tasked with the right talent and schedules.

A Typical Day-to-day

  • Work independently on projects or with a team of producers under the senior, while checking in with the Executive Producer so they can review and approve key milestones of your project lifecycle.
  • Estimate new projects, make updates, fill out the proper bidding formatting + informing finance on project status to begin and wrap up billing.
  • Work with Studio team to build schedule, adhere Agency/Client & Studio teams are following the schedule. Learn how to adapt to make up lost time and be efficient and proactive.
  • Be a partner for the Agency Producer to support and escalate project challenges and requirements.
  • Keeps project artist team up to date, organize all files, communicate on behalf of the Studio team feasibility/roadblocks/needs/availability.
  • This role is based in the Chicago office 3 days per week and 2 days remote.

US Pay Range

$85,000—$100,000 USD
