Nova Home Care is seeking an experienced Sales/Marketing Rep to develop and manage relationships with referral sources in the community, promote Nova Home Care services and help expand our business in DELAWARE COUNTY. This position requires an individual who is highly motivated, creative, results driven, and able to build strong relationships.

Responsibilities

1. Networking: Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, senior centers, and community organizations to promote home care services.
2. Client Outreach: Identify and reach out to potential clients, their families, and caregivers to discuss home care options.
3. Educating the Community: Provide information about home care services, benefits, and eligibility to the community and healthcare providers.
4. Assessing Needs: Evaluate the needs of potential clients through consultations and assessments to recommend appropriate services.
5. Developing Marketing Strategies: Create and implement marketing plans to raise awareness of home care services, including attending health fairs and community events.
6. Collaborating with Healthcare Providers: Facilitate communication between clients and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
7. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, outreach efforts, and referrals in compliance with privacy regulations.
8. Training and Support: Provide training and support to staff regarding community resources and effective outreach strategies.
9. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients and families to improve services and address community needs.
10. Reporting: Prepare and present reports on outreach activities, client demographics, and market trends to management.

Qualifications

Minimum of High School Diploma.
College degree preferred.
At least one years recent sales experience in the health care industry, preferably in home care.
Formal sales training.
Proven ability to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan.
Evidence of achieving referral goals within the market.
Excellent planning, organization and presentation skills are critical.
The ideal candidate will have established healthcare contacts and be able to readily network in the community.
Must have reliable transportation.

The marketing/sales position is a full-time position. This position may require some occasional work on the weekend, i.e., networking events, seminars or industry trade shows. The salary and benefits are competitive and negotiable. Depending on how hard you work and your results, you can be earning double if not triple your base starting salary.
