Summary

Nerinx Hall is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Summer Marketing Intern to support content creation. This internship provides hands-on experience capturing engaging photo and video content of school events, including summer camp activities, and assisting with social media and marketing initiatives.

About the Job

  • Department: Communications
  • Employment type: Part-time (unpaid)
  • Work Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 3 hours/day (9 a.m. - 12 p.m. or 12 p.m. - 3 p.m.) for the month of June
  • Reports to: Social Media Manager

Role Description

  • Content Creation: Assist in developing engaging content for social media
  • Social Media Management: Help schedule and manage posts across platforms
  • Photography and Videography: Capture high-quality photos and videos of Nerinx Hall events, including summer camps
  • Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with various marketing projects and initiatives

Qualifications

  • Current student pursuing a bachelor’s in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Experience with photography, videography, and editing software (Adobe Creative Suite or similar)
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
